Current Work-in-Progress Regtech Projects:

(1) ASIC's Business Research & Innovation Initiative (BRII) Project (financial disclosure fraud detection):

• Successfully completed business architecture modelling and functional requirement specification for the ASIC's BRII project in a stage one grant application, which received funding for stage twom which involves writing a full development proposal plan within a budget of $1 million.
• Contributed to completing stage 2 proposal, waiting for approval results at the end of 2022.

(2) Magnitsky Project (zero trust platform solution for tracking sanctioned and politically exposed people networks to reduce false positive suspicious activities and provide AI powered heat maps of detected and already known transnational money laundering and hybrid financial warfare schemes.

• Researched the system challenges of Austrac and banks' anti-money laundering (AML) systems to identify a new open system platform solution. This involved using multidisciplinary research and critical thinking methods to break down problems, design, evaluate & decide digital solutions.
• Conceptualised a first draft of a platform solution architecture model, which will be incrementally enhanced towards becoming a logical design model.
• Developed project partnerships with IT solution providers specializing in AI data analytics, AML systems, behaviour intelligence and geopolitics cybersecurity university-research services to be involved scoping the greenfield project. Will also contribute to bringing in future civil society (eg Transparency International, university and CSIRO research collaborators to the project
• Articulated problem statement and simplified technical solution description for project sponsor to pitch at federal government parties and venture capitalists for endorsement and funding.
• Continue identifying project governance requirements to steer system design towards aligning to AML legislation reforms and contributing to future meta architecture standards (eg BIAN) development.
• Progressively defined and met agile projects' milestone-timelines accurately and efficiently, while working flexibly in hybrid environments with different team players from different organisations and using collaborative tools eg MS Team

Sessional Chief Examiner: lecturer and tutor to masters and undergraduate students studying project management, cybersecurity management, enterprise architecture management, IT strategy & governance and business strategy management.

• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
• Designed and delivered IT faculty strategic changes to units' curriculum.
• Managing several units' teaching and assessment administration (including budgets); designing curriculum delivery methodology and developing lesson-resources; overseeing teaching staff performance and students issues management, providing lecturing, workshop and tutoring services.
• Designed multidisciplinary critical and reflective thinking methods for academic and industry case problem solving assessments.

Translation Researcher

(a) Zero Trust Money Laundering & Hybrid Financial Warfare Risks Detection methods:

• Researched the topologies of translational money laundering and hybrid financial warfare schemes; data sets of bank's KYC and transaction monitoring systems.

(b) K-pop cultural platform based strategies and NFT innovations:

• Researched BTS managing company Hybe's digital platform and NFT service strategies.
• Developed a K-pop cultural platform alpha prototype.
• Wrote and presented a Korean Society of Business Administration's Conference 2022 conference paper about the architecture development approach for integrating United Nations' Sustainability Goals into Hybe's NFT solution. The paper won the best conference paper award.

(c) eHealth Proof-of-concept Projects:

• Prototyped a AI analytics system that predicted the risks of palliative patients presented at Emergency Departments using IBM Watson machine learning tool.
• Prototyped a self-directed supportive care system for cancer and palliative care patients and carers.
• Rescued a Chinese palliative care project; complete analysed the project's community research findings and closed the project with a project evaluation report for the sponsors.

• Provided COBIT aligned program governance setup guidance for Arvensys's global healthcare client in Fiji, rolling out several Oracle ERP modules internationally.
• Evaluated several Robotic Process Automation tools (eg UIPath, Abbyy, ElectroNeek, etc) for building product catalogues for servicing Arvensys' clients undergoing organisational transformation projects and seeking enterprise cost savings. This initiative was suspended as a result of the Ukraine War, as several of the vendors were Russia linked companies and Arvensys clients were predominately government and firms affected by Australia' Critical Infrastructure Protection Act (2018).

• Sessional business school tutor taught 2 masters level units: Sustainable International Business Futures and Business & Governments
• Researcher: Successfully secured Telematics grant-funds and collaborated with Southern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Services to complete a translational research project in cancer supportive care, which delivered a self directed supportive care prototype model for cancer patients and carers.

• Sessional lecturer and tutor in the Faculty of Business & Economics (Management & Accounting Departments) and Faculty of IT.
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity in teaching and student engagement.
• Successfully taught and assessed undergraduate and masters students in many international business and management units; SAP ERP and accounting transaction systems; systems thinking for managers; quality management and innovation; cross cultural communications and management; enterprise architecture management and project management.

• Scoped, planned and managed development of new corporate social responsibility (CSR) products and e-financial services models for linking charity institutions to corporate organisations and philanthropy givers.
• Researched and incorporated Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting standards into products development.

• Consulting Clients' Projects - (a) Piper Patent Attorneys' Clients - Fosters Brewery, Telstra, Portland Shire’s Victorian Integrated Technology Park program, the Malaysian Government's telemedicine program; (b) Curtin University's Researchers in Data Ontology & Semantics Web Technology Innovation (in which I also did a PhD study); (c) DMR Canberra's Clients - Australian Department of Defense and Superannuation Board.
• Successfully fulfilled many roles - Solutions Architect, Project Manager/Rescuer, Business and System Analyst.
• Effectively elicited and modeled requirements of and designed several enterprise apps in the following domains - Manufacturing, healthcare, governments, university research, eCommerce, financial services, GST legislation systems integration, startup projects evaluation & diligence checking.

• Several Roles: IT strategist, enterprise architect, project manager and rescuer, business & system analyst.
• Successfully planned, designed and delivered all assigned ANZ's corporate level and business units' strategic projects: (a) IT division strategies and corporate ICT procurement strategies; (b) Enterprise Architecture Management Framework and practice setup and system solutions' blueprint developments for its treasury and international banking services, financial product engineering and risk management, institutional business and high net worth clients businesses; CRM & ERP data warehousing retail and mobile banking; payment systems and reporting analytics apps; (c) IT and project governance frameworks development & compliance oversight - IT policies, best practice and in-house standards, procedural guides, etc.
• Provided IT research, strategy planning and change implementation support for ANZ's IT department.
• Helped several domestic and international program and senior project directors achieve their project targets by assisting in project management, business and system analysis, design and testing support work in the mentioned projects, including rescued some projects failing to meet scope, schedule or budget plans.
• Defined, developed, implemented and oversee compliance of ANZ's IT and project governance controls, notably policy, enterprise architecture and other IT standards and procedural guidelines, ANZ risk management compliance requirements in some of the projects.
• Achieved significant technology cost savings, increases in project planning productivity and other global procurement and vendors performance indicators, setting service level standards that continue to prevail to this day.

• Several Roles: Analyst programmer, senior systems engineer, system tester and database administrator.
• JP Morgan senior analyst: Developed and maintained all of JP Morgan's Australia's banking and financial systems ( FX, money market, investment portfolios, multi-currency general ledger, HQ and statutory reporting analytics).
• Honeywell Bull senior systems engineer: Elicited and specified clients' banking and financial requirements, customized and provided system demonstrations and training for Honeywell Bull's clients; write responses to procurement tenders; and provided technical knowledge and support for sales teams.
• Vic Land Titles Office analyst programmer & tester: Elicited requirements, designed, coded, tested and provided technical support for the Vic Law Department's modernization project that redevelops the state's Land Titles Management system.
• Sportscraft programmer and database administrator: Elicited requirements, design, coded, tested, supported all of Sportscraft's enterprise systems consistently meeting user expectations, on time and budget. Also wrote system interfaces and test plans for migrating old systems to a new platform.
