  • Role purpose: To lead continuous improvement in investment evaluation through collaboration with stakeholders to develop tools, processes, and guidelines, to build organisation capability in applying best practice approaches in investment
  • Key achievements:
  • Assisted in project management of expansion of road-based benefit and evaluation framework to other transport portfolio such as rail, bus and tram to achieve consistency in the organisation
  • Directed an increase in road project/program evaluations completed across the organisation by consulting with program areas to understand key issues and blockages, and by promoting and raising awareness of the benefits of evaluation

  • Worked with recruiting teams and human resources representatives to accomplish hiring objectives.
  • Proactively used different recruitment campaigns to source candidates for hard to fill roles
