The study of ruin probability has developed along with the insurance industries. The ruin probability has thus become more uncertain, complicated and dynamics. Based on issues above, I used Monte Carlo technique combined with knowledge already exists to study ruin probability of insurance company under different cases using Matlab. Then established graphs using the figures I had to simulate the ruin probability in actual world. After that, a way to increase the income of insurance company is found through random simulation. Via random simulation, as well as real situation, I drew to common conclusion which helps to reduce the risk in the operation of insurance company and improve the surplus
