Within the 10 years of being at Zone, I have gained experience in all areas and a strong knowledge of all departments. I started as a kitchen & guest service agent, then within a few years was promoted to Food & Beverage assistant manager. As time went by I was later offered the position of Assistant manager. While in this role I was responsible for the whole operation's of the establishment when the Center manager was not in venue. I did this role for 2 years before stepping down to spend more time with family. The role I was doing before moving to Townsville was Food and Beverage 2IC.
