  • During my time at Woolworths I have held many different roles, For the majority of my tenure these have been leadership positions, further breakdown of each role can be provided upon request. Timeframe for each position held is as follows: Store manager (7 months), Assistant store manager (2 years + ongoing), Fresh combined manager including bakery (18 months), Grocery manager (5 months), Assistant Grocery manager (18 months), Nightfill Team member (2.5years) I have worked across multiple sites and states, in stores trading from $500k-$1.4mil per week, and leading teams from 40-150 people.

This included all steps from first aid, to extensive injury reporting and investigation, through to engaging allied health for support, reading and submitting medical files, weekly meeting with injured team members providing both empathy and mental heath support, extensive documentation and working closely with our insurers to ensure everything was up to date and complaint from a legal perspective. Part of injury care also includes working with our people partner to develop suitable duties plans for team member's should they get to the point that they are no longer able to be rehabilitated back to pre injury duties.
