Masterson Commercial Services (formally Master Cleaners) has been the home base for the past eight years, during which I predominantly work from my home office and carry out a wide array of duties on a daily basis.

This company has supported me through the birth of two children, and I am able to support them full-time with the flexibility of working from home.

The duties and responsibilities are wide and vary some days; however, they are:

  • Running our interstate operations for all commercial cleaning projects, which involves managing a large contractor database and also onboarding new contractors in areas when needed. All site communication is managed by me and relayed to contractors carrying out the work on behalf of Mastersons.
  • Estimating all commercial cleaning projects, and inputting them into Xero.
  • Daily admin processes such as job bookings, safety paperwork, client liaison, etc.
  • Xero: Reconciling bank account feeds daily, inputting estimates, inputting contractor bills, creating draft client invoices, credit card receipt inputting/reconciling.
