  • Strategic Leadership and Team Management - I lead and manage a team of 10 recruiters and coordinators across both campus and experienced recruitment. My key focus is on team effectiveness, candidate quality, candidate experience, and partnering closely with marketing on employer branding.
  • Campus Recruitment – The initial objective was to enhance brand awareness, improve candidate quality, and increase acceptance rates, all of which were successfully achieved. Several key programmes have been introduced to support these goals, ultimately resulting in 30–40% of our interns being hired through these initiatives and 95-100% of our graduate hires coming from our internship pool—a target I set for the team upon joining.
  • Experienced Recruitment – The initial focus was to establish awareness that MC Trading hires lateral talent for options trading roles, specifically positional traders. Our current priority is to replicate this success in support of our expanding Delta One business by building awareness and hiring Delta One traders and Quantitative Researchers. While these roles are highly specialised and challenging to fill, we have consistently maintained a fill rate above 90% and an acceptance rate exceeding 85% since the start of my tenure.
