Role Summary:

Key responsibilities

Enforcement of Law and Order:

Implement and uphold military laws, regulations, and policies among military personnel.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and checkpoints to maintain discipline and order.
Investigate incidents of misconduct and breaches of military regulations, taking appropriate corrective actions.

Conduct Security Operations:
Plan and execute security operations to protect military installations, personnel, and assets.
Coordinate and participate in security patrols, access control, and surveillance activities.
Respond to security threats and incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution.

Conduct Police Intelligence Operations:
Gather, analyze, and disseminate intelligence related to security threats and criminal activities.
Conduct surveillance and reconnaissance missions to collect actionable intelligence.
Maintain and update intelligence records, providing detailed reports to command units.

Maneuver and Mobility Support of Troops:
Assist in the planning and coordination of troop movements and deployments.
Ensure the safe and efficient maneuver of troops during training exercises and operational missions.
Provide mobility support during humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and other military operations.

Deputizing in Charge as a Supervisor:

Deputize for the Officer-in-Charge during their absence, overseeing the daily operations of the military police unit.
Supervise and mentor junior military police personnel, providing guidance and support.
Ensure adherence to operational protocols, mission directives, and standard operating procedures.
Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for military police personnel on law enforcement techniques, human rights, and rules of engagement.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and readiness of the military police unit.
Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs as necessary to address emerging needs and challenges.
Incident Response and Investigation:

Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly, ensuring a thorough and effective response.
Conduct detailed investigations into incidents involving military personnel, documenting findings and providing comprehensive reports.
Liaise with other military units and local law enforcement agencies during investigations and joint operations.
Community Engagement:

Foster positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote cooperation and mutual understanding.
Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives to build trust and enhance security collaboration.
Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and enforcement actions.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to higher authorities, contributing to mission briefings and operational planning.

Police Intelligence Operations:

Gather, analyze, and disseminate police intelligence to support mission objectives.
Conduct surveillance and reconnaissance operations to identify potential security threats.
Maintain intelligence records and provide actionable reports to command units.
Maneuver and Mobility Support:
