My daily roles:

• Set up, manage, and pack down traffic control zones, ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers
• Operate traffic control signage, such as stop/slow signs and two-way radios, to manage traffic flow around worksites
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations
• Handle challenging situations calmly, such as unexpected traffic disruptions or delays, while maintaining clear communication with all parties

I worked both in the boning room and tannery, handling tasks such as cutting, trimming, and processing beef products to meet production targets

• Worked with industrial machinery, ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols
• Handled heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintained strict hygiene standards and followed detailed procedures to ensure quality control
