• Supervised reconstruction work on Hot Rolling Temper Mill 1 and - 2.
• Supervised installation of Hot Temper Mill 3.
• Handover of Hot Rolling Mill 1 and - 2 was completed in June 2012.

Commissioning and production build-up of a new mild steel cold processing & rolling complex:

• Developed Receiving system for Expansion Project equipment arrival to site.
• Supervised receiving and documentation of delivery of plant and equipment to project. This documentation was used to support financing agreements by local banks and subsequent release of funds for project.
• Assisted in selection and development of production management IT system.
• Provided technical assistance to Project team in Danieli Wean United, Buttrio Italy, including critical changes to Acid Regeneration Plant storage capacities.
• Supervised Production and Maintenance during start up phase of new project.
• Implemented Safety management program for Plant Specific areas.
• Investigated actual consumption of raw materials for existing Painting processing line.
• Trained 20 Saudi National Engineers in cold rolling process technology.
• Trained Ex Patriot Operators and Maintenance staff.

• Supervised technical team to investigate - and implement corrective and preventative measures to improve performance.

• Wrote Operator training manuals and standard procedures.

Production and Maintenance Work and Supervision for a Stainless steel cold processing & rolling complex operations:

• Worked as Machine Operator, on Coil Grinding and Polishing line
• Worked as Training Engineering Technician, in Mechanical trade. This included machining work, mechanical maintenance and breakdown work, condition monitoring and maintenance planning work.
• Inspected installation work of new project against Columbus Stainless standards. Compiled Non-Conformance reports based on these inspections and reported to Project Management Team during daily project meetings.
• Supervised start up of steel production and related plants, including Vertical bright Annealing Process line, Ammonia Storage facilities, Ammonia dissociation plant, Acid Regeneration Plant and storage facilities.

Appointed as Production Foreman - August 1995.

During my time as Foreman supervised the Vertical bright Annealing Process Line, Skip Pass Temper Mills, and Anneal & Pickle Process Line:

• Supervised production during production ramp up phase.
• Implemented Safety procedures and training to new operators.
• Documented production information via daily reports and discussed issues with management during daily meetings.
• Trained and tested Operators.
• Performed planned job observations.
• Wrote Plant Specific Training Manuals, Safety Manuals and Safety Tests.
