At Snack Shack I was responsible for the maintaining of customer orders and supervising other employees. My time at Bunnings has further enhanced this area as I have fulfilled several positions within the company these include Café management, Hire Shop customer service, where my role was to gain customer details, including monies, specify time and date of the hire order and make sure that all the correct paperwork had been received and processed so the hire could be completed. Front end customer service including the handling of monies and cards as well as taking customer enquires over the phone. In my position as a dockhand, I was responsible for the replenishment of the various departments, including invoice entry and distribution (etos), this involves stock sent to another store. My position also entailed me keeping a stock record of item that needs to be moved to a different area. My time at SVS required me to open and close the store on my own, working up to 11hr shifts alone or with team members. I was responsible for handling cash at the start and end of a shift and handling monies on banking days which required me to take monies from the previous days to deposit into the stores account.
