Charley Peacock

A compassionate, patient- centred Registered Nurse Graduate with over 12 months experience in an aged care setting alongside 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Nurse with intermittent clinical nursing experience within a wide variety of clinical settings. Throughout my clinical placements and employment, I have developed skills in critical thinking, teamwork, communication and leadership. I consistently show the skill of critical thinking through the process of systemically conducting comprehensive patient assessment to provide optimal patient care. Throughout my clinical placements, I have been commended on the way I demonstrate teamwork through the use of effective communication with other members of my team. I put a great emphasis on building relationships within the workplace as I believe it is important to invest in therapeutic relationships with fellow workers to promote the delivery of high-quality nursing care and the promotion of positive health outcomes.
