My names Charli Donaldson and I am currently a Disability Support worker as well as studying my Cert 3 in Individual Support which is due to finish in May 2025. I am extremely passionate about my job role and am extremely greatful to have such a fulfilling job that contributes to making individuals lives better everyday. I have experience working alongside clients and other workers to keep clients on track with care plans, continue building on skills necessary and foster a sense of self and independence. Outside of work I enjoy surfing, crossfit and journaling. I love the flexibility of this line of work and especially enjoy working with kids (predominantly work with children aged 5- 18).
