August 2019, I was originally hired and trained as a sales representative by the lovely Georgia Bantoft and was front of house until I resigned to become an apprentice chef in March 2020.

July 2020, I returned and started my retail baking apprenticeship.

March 2020, I started a chefs apprenticeship where I assisted head chef and executive head chef in recipe building as the restaurant transformed from fine dining Italian to Mexican cuisine. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic, state laws were introduced resulting in restaurants closure and all staff being let go.
