At Traralgon Basketball Association (TABA), I excelled as a Basketball Referee, ensuring player safety and promoting fairness through meticulous rule enforcement and ongoing rule mastery. My approachability and quick decision-making fostered positive relations and a respectful game environment, embodying both essential hard and soft skills for peak performance. I have also worked with many people and have grown better social skills many different situations. These qualities can all help me be the best employee I as i will be able to help customers and help me deal with hard situations with the customer and ensure they leave the store happy. I am also very flexible with hours and am able to do most nights both during weekdays and the weekend.
