Leadership and interpersonal skills

I have developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills through volunteering at school and my involvement in scouts In my first year at high school, I nominated for, and was elected as the first class leader My role was to seek to understand and represent the interests of my fellow students, and I learned a lot from this experience I have since volunteered for similar roles such as being a guide for prospective students on open days, and being a buddy for new students to the school A significant part of Scouts in to develop leadership skills

Team oriented

Self-motivated and organised

I enjoy a great many interests and activities and need to be well organised to fit them all in I keep a calendar so that I do not forget what I need to do Mount Alveria College expects a high level of commitment and sets a heavy schedule of homework and assignments I am able to keep up with these and my other interests without difficulty For some years I also had responsibility for caring for a pair of Silkie chickens

High level of educational achievement with particularly good numeracy skills

Over the last few years, I have worked hard at improving myself at school and was able to average around a B level across all my subjects (C being satisfactory, A being outstanding) I am particularly strong in Numeracy and Science related subjects and am currently doing extension mathematics

Highly IT literate

I am highly IT literate and am familiar with most standard applications and am able to learn new systems very quickly
