After taking some time out of sales for a number of reasons, I had a vision of diversifying and applying my skills to a different industry.
I spent my time researching different strategies within the property industry and then went on to start my own Limited Company 'CGW Estates'. Our role within this industry was to find & source great deals within the property industry, specified to our clients wants & needs.
This meant building up a strong network & client base in a number of creative ways (cold calling / creating email sequences / attending networking events / social media), finding & negotiating great deals for our clients and packaging together this information before putting it forward to our clients.
On top of the skills I had already acquired during my time as a sales executive, I learnt how to go about conducting thorough market research for a targeted industry, how to maintain and build my own network & client base & how to portray information I'd found in a way that was appetising to each individual client.
My time at GRNM Ltd was where I began to develop my skills as a sales executive and really fall in love with the art of selling.
Similar to my time at SM Ltd, my role within the company was as follows:

This job was where I really began to thrive in the industry and put into practice the skills that I had learnt.
