Passionate and eager student who is ready to take on the next challenge and start my career in education. I am dedicated and dependable with a positive attitude towards learning.
In my final year of high school, I was a school leader and it was a highly rewarding experience. I was required to work alongside staff and students as a part of the leadership team, improving ability to work in a team towards a shared goal.
This was an unpaid position as I was studying at the time, meaning I was expected to manage my school workload as well as any of my leadership duties.
As a school leader, I was someone who other students could come to with problems or ideas to improve the school community. I was heavily involved in organising and running events that fundraised for the school and brought the school community together.
Additionally, I often chaired meetings for the leadership team, having prepared the agenda items and facilitated the discussions.
I joined a theatre group when I was very young, allowing me to make life-long connections and improve my confidence and public speaking abilities. I participated in over twenty public performances, showcasing various techniques practiced throughout the year, During my time at ATA, I was appointed class captain, meaning I assisted the director with class activities and ensured teammates were focused on the task at hand.
