• Being a family business, I have worked as a casual employee assisting where required, predominantly administrative tasks.
• My responsibilities included electronic and physical filing of documents, assisting with reports for sales personnel and property managers, preparing marketing materials and all other administrative duties as directed.

In my final year of high school, I was a school leader and it was a highly rewarding experience. I was required to work alongside staff and students as a part of the leadership team, improving ability to work in a team towards a shared goal.

This was an unpaid position as I was studying at the time, meaning I was expected to manage my school workload as well as any of my leadership duties.

As a school leader, I was someone who other students could come to with problems or ideas to improve the school community. I was heavily involved in organising and running events that fundraised for the school and brought the school community together.

Additionally, I often chaired meetings for the leadership team, having prepared the agenda items and facilitated the discussions.

• Assisted with class preparations, supervised four year olds during various activities and break times, and attend staff meetings during which I could observe the planning as per curriculum guidelines.
