Driven by a passion for art and a solid background in art history, I excelled in roles at notable Art Institutions including Leonard Joel Auction House and Charles Nodrum Gallery, enhancing client relations and inventory management. My blend of effective communication skills and art history research capacity has consistently contributed to the success and efficiency of gallery operations.
As an Art Department Assistant at Leonard Joel, I assist the Art Salon Manager with the distribution and installation of artworks and other duties such as administrative support and greeting and informing visitors about the artists and exhibits.
As a Gallery Assistant at Charles Nodrum Gallery, I provided professional service to the collectors and artists. My duties consisted of helping maintain the gallery’s inventory and client database, keeping the front and workshop desks and gallery spaces tidy and greeting visitors and helping them with their questions. In this role I gained excellent communication and research skills, and the ability to solve problems and computer literacy.
As a volunteer at Niagara Galleries, I worked at the 2022 Melbourne Art Fair. This experience was very beneficial for gaining an understanding of the contemporary art market and learning how to discuss artworks with potential buyers.
