
In my current and past roles, I have found myself drawn to areas that require strict time management and and proficiency in prioritisation. This has also been able to provide me with the tools, I need to be able to manage my own workflow efficiently and effectively. Whilst I have always worked within a team environment. The main components of these roles have had to be managed independently. I believe this is important so that I have been able to take ownership and action any tasks that have been allocated to me.
My tasks as a Project Coordinator include -
- Progress the client through the pre-construction phase of the build as quickly and as seamlessly as possible.
- Provide all customers with a positive and consistent
service and keep them updated with any updated inform- Filing all email and phone correspondence within our database so that it can be easily found and referenced at a later date if required or easily accessed by other team members
- Holding myself accountable in delivering results for the business in our weekly workflow meetings
- Assisted in on-boarding new employees to the business and supported their training
- Managed clients expectations in a professional, honest manner to try and make their process as transparent as possible
-Liaised with departments internally and businesses externally doing so in a polite and timely manner
My tasks as a Senior Stylist included -
- Evaluating peoples' needs and achieve them to the best of my abilities
- Speaking to my clients and members of the public in professional and informative ways whilst building a strong rapport with them
- Be consistent in all aspects of the role between not only services, but throughout their whole experience with the business.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge learnt both in and out of the business during training seminars.
- Support our reception with scheduling bookings, collecting payments, taking phone calls, answering to email and social media enquiries and being the first point point of contact.
