Billy Goat Hill Brasserie has opened my work experience to the hospitality sector. I have learnt how to deliver quality customer service, and build a relationship with my co-workers and regular customers. I ensure timely and courteous service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. My responsibilities include accurately processing customer orders and effectively communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure top service. I also manage transaction records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, I warmly greet guests, provide menus, and offer informed recommendations on daily specials, new items, and promotions.

My past job was working at Croydon Indoor Sport Centre. Working at the sports centre opened me up to a variety of workspaces, due to the different tasks I was required to do. This job consisted of running children's birthday parties for all ages, as well as sporting sessions involving sports such as soccer, cricket, and inflatables. It was required of me to cater to the kids, as well as clean up after them at the end of the party. As a kiosk manager, I was responsible for taking payments for indoor soccer or cricket matches, as well as managing and running the canteen. Overall, this job improved my leadership and customer service further, as well as adding catering and food preparation to my skills.
