During my training and placement for my Cert III in early Childhood education and care I was able to practice and implement key skills such as:

• Fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children's exploration and growth.
• Implementing age-appropriate activities that promote creativity and critical thinking.
• Supporting children's social skills by encouraging cooperative play and teamwork.
• Maintaining organized classroom materials and resources for effective learning experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as health and safety standards.
• Working co operatively in a team to ensure we were all understanding each others roles and expectations.

I have years of experience working in the community doing both residential and commercial customers. My role required skills such as:

• Developing cleaning schedules tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Inspecting properties for cleanliness standards and reported issues promptly.
• Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Implementing eco-friendly cleaning solutions to promote sustainability efforts.
• Assisting with special projects related to cleaning or maintenance when needed.
