  • As an Intern at BBS Communications Group I got to develop several public relations skills. Including drafting client media releases, creating marketing blogs and social media posts, managing databases, researching current news trends, establishing journalist outreach lists and conducting communications research.
    Additionally, I was also able to experience the internal processes of a professional PR agency and understand how the industry works.

Ronald McDonald House Charities - University Placement 

  • While completing my student placement with the Family Support team at The Ronald McDonald House Charities I got to develop my emerging Human Service practice framework and develop my skill set. I learnt how to use my course learnings in a workplace setting and developed many useful personal skills that have made me a better Human Service Practitioner.
