Working as a Swimming Instructor, has taught me how to create positive experiences for children of different ages, backgrounds and abilities. I pay attention and communicate well, engaging with the kids and listening to their needs and interests. I also use different recreational strategies to motivate them, stimulate their participation, and achieve positive results. Moreover, I'm flexible and can adapt to changing situations and meet the expectations of diverse audiences. I provide a fun and inspiring environment while keeping safety and supervision in mind. I care deeply about ensuring that the children have an engaging and memorable experience, and leave happily with a big smile on their face.
