Liaise with stakeholders to gather management reporting requirements and conduct training workshops to educate users on the Carelink+ system. Create and maintain management and support worker reports using SAP Business Objects (Crystal Reports) within Carelink+. Extend the database to support new report requirements through views, stored procedures, or functions, and manage the Carelink+ databases using MS SQL 2008 and 2012.
Responsibilities included liaising with stakeholders to develop management reports for better client service delivery, analyzing data to improve business processes, and documenting system and reporting requirements. Key tasks were optimizing the Carelink system, creating and maintaining reports with SAP Business Objects 13, extending the database for new report needs, and resolving system implementation issues.
The role involves gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders for new and existing applications, designing and optimizing MS SQL databases, and developing applications in line with functional specifications. Responsibilities also include creating crystal reports, conducting testing and gap analysis, deploying applications, integrating them with SharePoint, and training users. Additionally, it involves managing projects with detailed planning, costing, and budgeting using Prince2 methodologies.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, perform comprehensive systems analysis, and manage applications. Oversee database administration, website design using Visual Studio.Net and Macromedia MX, and develop detailed project plans with costing and budgeting in MS Projects. Represent cellular data in web applications with Crystal Reports, evaluate vendor applications, assess office automation needs, and develop necessary software. Additionally, evaluate hardware requirements annually and prepare regular management reports.
