In my time at Everson's, I have learned a variety of skills, built a large amount of new relationships, and grown to learn to work with exceptional efficiency and communication. As the Carton Room Supervisor, I was responsible for the delegation and management of warehouse staff, the packing and distribution of orders for multiple customers along the east coast, stock management, and forklift driving operations.

On my own initiative, I built relationships with all of Everson's salesmen based between Newcastle and Brisbane, and have learned to be familiar with their individual sales processes, methods, and tactics. Due to this, I have learned basic sales skills and techniques such as upselling, product substitution, and pricing.
