Summary

During my working career I have developed the skills and qualities necessary to work within a team and independently provide a safe and warm environment allowing students staff community members the opportunity to improve their spiritual and social and emotional well being. The wide variety of opportunities presented to me over the years has enabled me to develop my administrative skills, logistics and some finance software. During my time with Bayside Health Services, Service Fellowship International (SFI) and Scripture Union I learnt to work within a multifaceted team. My working life, and voluntary work, has required me to develop and take responsibility for planning, organising, pastoral care, networking and implementing meetings, retreats, camps and events. I am conscious that my experiences, and challenges met, developed my interpersonal skills to a very high standard, honed within team environments (including supervisory and facilitator roles), as well as through significant experience in complex cross-cultural communications in humanitarian aid and development context and within the primary educational setting. Overall, I now possess the ability to deliver a high quality of work unsupervised while working effectively and efficiently to deadlines. In all I do both professionally and personally I strive to do to glorify God.
