Follow up service for potential students:
*Provide families with information on academic activities and student performances
*Assist with problem solving arising from any aspect of student welfare, attendance records, misconduct, course progress and financial standing at the Academy. This might involve contacting students and family members as directed by the Academy.
Administrative facilitation for recruitments of students:
*Assess genuine and eligibility of potential students
*Process applications and forward to the school institutions for visa approval.
*Informed students and family of visa progress
* If approved, assist with finalising the student visa with draft of student's fees
*Organise students arrival and briefing
Job Purpose:
* Perform the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function (During the hours of 11pm - 7am)
* Comply with the Mirvac HSE Management System HSE policies and procedures relevant to the Division or area
Job Responsibilities:
* Create a positive hotel image. Ensure individual grooming and Front Office presentation standards are impeccable and in accordance with organisational policy and guidelines.
* Review all audits and reconciliatioin of daily sales transactions of front office and all outlets, balancing all cash registers and reporting discrepancies to Line Managers. Perform file back up maintenance.
* Produce revenue reports and complete Week end and Month end reports in line with organisational policy
* Conduct shift briefings in the absence of Night Manager and ensure effective hand-overs. Maintain Duty Managers log book.
*Meet and greet VIP guest and attend to special requests. Escort guests to rooms as directed.
* Ensure efficient check in and check out process. Review arrival lists and anticipate guest needs.
*Maintain up to date and accurate guest registration cards. Update Fidelio with with guest history and details of frequency stay and frequent flyer programs.
*Address and slove guest issues or concerns. Commnicate problems to management and advice steps taken to resolve.
*Ensure adherence to Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) for cash handling. Maintain cash float, prepare correct banking and ensure posting of room charges.
* Promote a collaborative environment which fosters two way communication and team work.
