I first started my working life as a kitchen porter then worked my way up to being an assistant chef from there I was excited by working in hospitality and the catering business. I then moved to a Michelin star Portuguese restaurant for two summers which I enjoyed but then decided to go to trade school in the day then work in the kitchen at night. I then decided I would Pursue a career in construction but meanwhile still have a passion for the hospitality business.

In my role on the construction site I have to be punctual every day in order for tasks to be done. I also have to be able to follow through with these tasks to hit deadlines, therefore my team works skills can be transferred to other industry's.
