I.B.C was pursued based on the joy it provides for our clients along with the love of the service. At I.B.C we aim to create the vision our clients walk-in expecting to the best of our ability while being transparent, respectful, having accountability and being passionate in our art.

My High school required students to gain work experience and i decided to apply to Coles as it is a well off, successful, benefiting factory to our society. Working at Coles enabled me to discover and learn how to be more efficient in a busy strenuous environment, enhanced team efficiency by streamlining communication and implementing effective collaboration tools and Increased customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

At the Child Care, I was responsible enhanced relationships with local partners, children and stuff through effective communication and collaboration on joint initiatives. I decided to step into the field part-time because of to my naturally loving nurture, which I used and was able to develop skills that benefit me in the long term. This helped me gain work experience in my younger teen years while studying in high school.

Mr.T Salon is based in Richmond on Bridge Rd. The salon is a award winning salon providing a great hair service to a diversity of clients specialising in Blondes, Cutting and Hair colour, it also focuses on great customer service and an experience that makes you want to come back. At the Salon I developed proficiency in industry-specific tools and software through hands-on training and proactively sought opportunities for professional growth by attending workshops/industry events. I also received constructive feedback from mentors, leading to improved performance and increased knowledge.

Kings Transport is a Logistic Transport Company which originally started in Melbourne and has gone wide with many fleets across the Australian and New Zealand regions. Their courier/trucks provide efficient and fast pace delivering service of almost any item insuring a delivery window and great communication. I handled duties such as reduced call wait times by implementing a structured call routing system and efficient time management techniques, upheld strict compliance with data privacy regulations when handling sensitive customer information during all interactions, fostered a positive work environment by participating in team-building activities and supporting fellow team members during high-stress periods and many more.

Artyza is an international bakery company providing service to many known big companies such as McDonald's and many more. It is located in many places providing local market and has won many awards being one of the best providers. My duties improved overall facility cleanliness by diligently following established sanitation protocols and guidelines, reduced the risk of cross-contamination by properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and utensils, it also enhanced operational efficiency by consistently completing assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
