Pre-Contract Stage:
1) Request and update tenderers' company details and information, prepare summary and organize tender committee meeting for the pre-qualification exercise and prepare pre-q approval form and minutes for approval.
2) Prepare tender documents and invite tenderers for tender exercise.
3) Check through tender documents prepared by consultant and comment accordingly.
4) Prepare pre-tender estimate before tender closed.
5) During tender stage, prepare tender report arrange for tender interview. Record and prepare tender interview minutes.
6) Prepare tender addendum if any.
7) Prepare final tender submission documents and arrange for award confirmation.
8) Prepare Letter of Award, award memo and tender committee meeting minutes for management approval.
9) Attending Consultant Client Meeting (CCM) for pre contract stage discussion.
10) Prepare costing and advise Project Development Department (PD) for feasibility study exercise.
11) Prepare and update project tender schedule, project budget and award schedule for monitoring purposes.
12) Prepare yearly cashflow for projects handled.
13) Prepare Project Estimate/Cost Plan.
14) Participate in Value Engineering Exercise.
Post Contract Stage:
1) Attend site valuation, prepare progress claims and update progress payment history.
2) Verify consultant's recommendation for progress claims and variation order.
3) Prepare variation order if any.
4) Prepare project financial report.
5) Attend site meeting based on site request basic.
6) Prepare final account.
7) Any others duty as directed by the management from time to time.

Post Contract Stage
1) Assist Contract Manager in complying, confirming, and implementing of company procedures on all contract administration matters.
2) Assist with preparation of progress reports, main claims, subcontractors' claims, variation order claims and labour claims.
3) Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities.
4) Prepare final re-measurement of all sub-trade works.
5) Able to handle tender, obtain quotations and negotiation for tendering purposes.
6) Assist in the preparation of subcontractors' and suppliers' final account.
7) Liaison with appropriate personnel on the verification of site measurement quantities. For e.g., Main Contractor Site Representatives
8) Attend site valuation, site walk with Client and Consultants.
9) Any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
