I am passionate about supporting and empowering children, youth and young adults especially those with additional needs. I have a strong commitment to helping others thrive and creating inclusive environments where every individual can succeed. My youth leadership experience has improved my communication, empathy, and teamwork skills, all of which I am excited to use and hone during my social work placement. I am driven to gain knowledge from my professional experience, make a constructive contribution to society, and develop into a skilled and sympathetic social worker.
