As a KFC Team Member, I worked in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality service and food to customers. My responsibilities included taking customer orders, preparing food and drinks to strict hygiene standards, operating the POS register, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. I regularly worked as part of a team during busy periods, handling pressure calmly while ensuring a positive experience for every customer. I also contributed to restocking, back-of-house organisation, and following all health and safety procedures.
