Working at KFC Glenelg provided me with a diverse set of qualifications and skills that have contributed to my personal and professional development. During my time at KFC, I acquired the following skills. I developed strong interpersonal skills and learned how to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Interacting with a wide range of customers taught me the importance of patience, empathy and effective communication. I gained experience working collaboratively with fellow team members and shift leaders to achieve common goals. Through effective teamwork, I learned the value of cooperation, mutual support and the ability to adapt to different working styles. Upon many other skills and qualifications I also acquired time management and prioritization, attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility, problem solving skills and food safety and hygiene practices. Overall, my experience at KFC has equipped me with valuable skills, qualities and knowledge that are transferable to various roles and industries. I am confident that the qualities I have developed, including customer service excellence, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving and food safety expertise, will make me a valuable asset to any team or organisation.
