• At Clarendon Tavern I specialise mostly as a Bartender, Gaming Staff, Kitchen Server and an overall all-rounder.
• Key responsibilities:
• Serving customers at Bar and Bistro, serving drinks/cocktails/coffees and also serving food.
• Answering calls for bookings, filling out reservations.
• Deep cleaning of all areas (Gaming, Kitchen and Bar) and also completing Open/Closing procedures of each section.
• Working with gambling stations such as Keno, TAB and Gaming machines.

• At Kings Park Tavern, I worked as an all-rounder and assisted with functions. I worked at Kings Park Tavern and The Vineyard Hotel at the same time.

• I took bookings over the reception phone and assisted with functions.

• I worked in the Gaming area, serving food and drinks. I did Closing shifts and handled the machines.

• I served meals in the kitchen and performed dishwashing duties.

• I did Barista duties, performed Bar duties and did Open and Closing shifts.

• At The Vineyard Hotel my main working stations were Bistro and Bartending, I also worked as a Dishwasher and Gaming Closer.
• Key responsibilities:
• Serve customers in Bistro, wash dishes, serve food to customers and collect glasses and plates.
• Serve drinks/cocktails/coffees in Bar and answer calls for dining reservations.
• I occasionally worked in Gaming where I would cook food for customers; serve beverages, record gaming details in gaming booklets and answer calls for hotel reservations.
• Completed both Open and Closing procedures of each section.
