Starting from the Heart: Creating a Future for Family and Career

After graduating from university, I returned to Taiwan to complete my military service and later worked in project coordination and daily operations. During this time, I developed strong problem-solving and communication skills, learning how to handle client needs in a multicultural environment. My passion for interacting with people and providing high-quality customer service has allowed me to establish a professional and patient approach, always focused on creating positive customer experiences.

Last year, I made the decision to return to the Gold Coast with my family for a better educational environment for my children, leaving behind my career in Taiwan. I fully committed myself to my family and successfully settled them in a new home. During this time as a full-time dad, I have reflected on how I can contribute my professional skills to both my family and the workplace.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a strong ability to communicate across cultures, I am now ready to re-enter the workforce. My career goal is to join a dynamic field that allows continuous learning and value creation. I aim to apply my past experience in project management, customer service, and communication to help teams operate smoothly. I hope my efforts will not only provide stable support for my family but also make a positive impact in the workplace, contributing to the success of the organization and society.
