Home Assurance Co Ordinator ( Team Leader)

Within my current role my key responsibilities are as follows;

  • Manage individual client files accurately and within agreed timeframes by booking in applicable Inspections
    (inclusive of Maintenance Inspections) within timeframes, managing client claims, liaising with trades (e.g.
    plumbers, electricians, subcontractors) and following up open jobs that have been arranged by the Administrator
    from start to finish to ensure works have been rectified
  • Resolve any escalated client issues from team, raising to management as necessary
  • Ensure Dynamics is accurate at all times
  • Adhere to Customer Service Standards
  • Work to continuously improve service and systems
  • Demonstrate continual self-improvement and skill development
  • Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by Management, for example accurately:
    - Enter reports on a daily basis.
    - Enter in Dynamics case notes and dates (within applicable criteria fields).
    - Run weekly workflow reports of a Friday when requested.

Accomplishments

Last year in recognition of my achievements in my current role I was named as the Henley Homes 2024 Operations team member of the year out of 225 colleagues.


By far my greatest accomplishment thus far is raising 4 x beautiful, respectful children whilst maintaining a continued outlook in growing my career to support my family.
