Summary

With over 30 years deep commercial experience growing and operating businesses, I have a proven track record of operationalising strategies and leading transformation programs to scale organisations for commercial impact both in large and smaller scale environments.

My core competencies are strategic planning, consulting, organisational design, operational management, change management and project delivery. I am respected for my breadth and depth of experience which enables me to see the big picture, create the strategy, clearly articulate it to others, and execute whilst taking the team on the journey with me.

I have built and led dispersed operational teams across multinationals, tech start-ups and not-for-profits. I am passionate about delivering tangible impact and sustainable outcomes through collaboration, design, and implementation of transformative business models, solutions, systems and ways of working.

My hands on, collaborative leadership style enables me to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve shared goals.

My broad background means I have significant experience influencing and working with all levels of management in a wide variety of industries. I have an MBA (Melbourne Business School), an LLB (Hons), and a Bachelor of IT, which equip me with a unique combination of skills to assist companies in achieving their strategic goals.

For the past 10 years, I have focussed on all aspects across the retail sector from the product development life cycle through to customer centric e-comm fulfilment strategies and implementation for top tier national retailers. In my most recent role, I scaled a professional services business 500% in revenue and headcount to be a market leader, diversifying their offering from a sole reliance on consulting through building and commercialising SaaS platforms.
