• As an enrolled nurse I worked in all areas of nursing.
• As a registered nurse I specialized in the operating theatre as a scrub nurse, anesthetic / recovery nurse.
• Later I became a clinical nurse specialist in the Preadmission Clinic where I worked until I retired from full time employment to work casually.
• I am currently working casually in the operating theatre, mainly in the Day Surgery Unit but I do work in other areas of the operating theatre occasionally when needed.
• I also work casually with the Community Nursing department.
• During my employment as a clinical nurse specialist in the Preadmission Clinic I accomplished many projects which have been published and won awards for.
