All of the same tasks as a team member, with the added responsibilities of leading a team of 2-4 team members to collboratively complete our given tasks on time and to a high standard. I also had the responsibility to train, teach, and supervise my team to ensure everyone was working safely, effecintly and correctly, allowing us to complete said tasks, along with being a bridge between management and team members by communicating clearly and effectively between both parties.

Store Improvements gave me a wide range of experience in retail, refurbishment, and store fit-outs. Work ranged from sorting, packing/unpacking, wrapping, jacking and labeling stock on pallets, deconstructing, building, and moving aisles after measuring and marking store floors according to a floor plan, to 100% completion of a store from merchandise, displays, signage, and labeling, with operation of Mi-Pal systems. Reinforced work ethic and mental strength, as traveling to different cities and states for three months at a time was required. All while adhering to high safety standards in a very fast-paced work environment, under constant and strict time constraints, and also helping and serving customers, sometimes requiring operation of computers.

As a Builder Apprentice I took on a large range of tasks and projects, from the building of townhouses to alterations and renovations of large residential properties and small flats. Skills picked up from my time as a builder, aside from general building knowledge and experience, include an eye for accuracy, professional communication with clients and the team, a strong mind and work ethic as things aren't always straightforward, the ability to be trusted and left alone to complete tasks given to me in set time frames, consistently working to a high standard, and catering to clients' and supervisors' desires to change things on the spot. All while practicing safe site practices.

Overnight factory hand tasked with general manual handling, pretreatment, and quality control of finished products. Also tasked with sorting, wrapping, packing and labelling of finished jobs to be sent off to clients. All while adhering to safe working practices as I worked with chemicals and hot products in a factory setting.
