- Organize and lead around 30-40 members for each events aiming to reach 100+ attendees.

- Engage in guiding new talent acquisition and recruitment processes for new part-time recruits.
- Assist to organize around 20 interviews or making appointment for candidates.
- Managed roughly 50 confidential personnel files, maintaining accuracy and upholding strict privacy standards.
