I studied Accounting at junior college and then studied English Literature at Providence University in Taiwan. Not long after I graduated from the university, I moved to Australia, I started to work for my parents-in-law who owned an import, export and wholesale tool business, T&E Tools, in year 2000. All Items are purchased from USA, Taiwan, China etc and distributed around Australia, export to New Zealand and USA.
Meanwhile, I started up my own trading company, Wei Bin Industrial Co., Ltd. in Taiwan in 2003. I incorporated two businesses together to maximise profitability to both companies.
After 2007, my husband and I took over the Australian company, T&E Tools, and started to make decisions in all aspects involving business. Fortunately, T&E Tools is growing bigger and better every year. We actively sell over 13,000 products currently.
After over 20 years in job, I know I run two companies well, involving in procurement, customer service, advertising & staff training, including safety awareness, computer literacy and conduct warehouse management.
With pandemic just passed and new technology developing with each passing day, I know it is not enough to continue running a growing business with my limited knowledge. I follow economic trends and observe how it may impact the business. I am eager to take on new challenges in theory studies and would like to explore how my learning will empower my ability and give me strength to make the tool business sustainable to the future.
