My Name is Chiara, I’m from Italy and I’m 29 years old. I’m a very easy going person with a passion for cooking and baking.
For me team work and good communication is extremely important for the flow of the kitchen and I think also constructive criticism is extremely important as it helps me grow my skill set.
I’ve been working in bakeries and restaurants since I was 16 years old both in Italy and Australia.
I’ve been in Australia for the past 8 years. In the time that I’ve been here I have worked in bakeries and restaurants in different roles with different skill sets.
I attended a professional chef’s school “Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta” from 2009 and 2015, in Rimini, Italy where I obtained my Chef Diploma in 2015.
