Chiara Giurini

I have worked both in a retail store and in a nursery. In the store, I had the opportunity to assist customers, help them with their choices, manage the cash register, and create bouquets and floral arrangements, always aiming to provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. In the nursery, the work was more physical, and I gained hands-on experience in plant care, managing the space, and maintaining order. In both roles, I’ve learned how to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

During my 7-month internship in a café and patisserie, I was responsible for serving tables, managing orders, and packaging pastries for sale. I particularly focused on decorating cakes, pastries, and other desserts, paying close attention to presentation and quality.
