Menu to be handed out to clients each week for client's to make nutritional choices. Collect menus each week with client choice of meals for that week.
Finalise the list of meals and send the list to the kitchen via email including all involved in hot meal service
Place the meal sheets in allocated box for weekend staff.
Call those clients that have been identified as requiring phone calls to place their orders and also those clients that have not provided a choice.
Update Care Vision with meals that have been provided.
Contact Kitchen for any dietary changes or changes to meal service.
All office activities requested by Administrative Supervisor, my duties include:
Preparing Invoices for doclink and inputing to Software Program Care Vision.
Liaising with clients for transport, complaints, requests, transferring to Coordinators or respective persons requested.
Provide support to client's as first point of contact.
Update spreadsheets, call logs.
Liaise with Management, Coordinators, Home Care Staff , brokers.
End of Month mail outs of Statements.
update Meal orders, meal sheets and email to kitchen.
Order stationery as requested.
Answer phones, email requests.
Assist with admin tasks associated with Coordination team and as directed by Management or Administrative Supervisor.
Welcome visitors to the office, sign them in and make them comfortable awaiting the person they are waiting to see.
