• Chosen to lead and roadmap a 2025 Quest Acquisition pod (1 designer and 6 developers) for Atom's new B2B teacher app following the success of our tutor product launch. Responsible for driving rapid growth, writing JIRA tickets, and leading stand-ups, refinement and planning sessions.
• Contributed to a +43% increase in school conversions this year to date.
• Built upon 'Unlimited paper test' feature by developing a B2B marking and analysis tool to reduce workload, used in two high profile Grammar School entrance exams across Sept-Oct 2025.
• Developing an in-app B2B payment flow using Stripe integration, supporting direct access, automated invoicing and late payment alerts. Our goal is to reduce manual setup and boost upselling.

• Launched a groundbreaking 'unlimited test' feature, a market first in the EdTech space. This set us apart from competitors and solidified our position as market leaders, driving a +1% retention and +3% engagement during a high-risk month.
• Partnered with a product designer to launch two new packages for tutor businesses, guided by and refined through market research and user interviews. Led marketing and networking efforts, collaborating with finance to build an MVP invoicing system.
• Our new tutor product packages achieved £50,000+ in sales within the first seven months, demonstrating strong market demand and product viability.

• Led a Growth team (4 developers) managing internal tools and acquisition through referrals.
• Executed A/B tests on the sign-up flow, increasing converstion +1.6% YoY and reducing drop-offs.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch tutor engagement initiatives, driving a +58% in tutor activity YoY, consistently meeting referral targets.
• Developed product personas, maintained roadmaps, and led product testing. Ran weekly stakeholder meetings and curated Notion documentation to ensure cross-functional alignment.
