  • Participate in risk assessment workshops and heritage audits to ensure risks associated with work programs are adequately managed
  • Support implementation of safety maturity model, including safety maturity improvement plans and assessments
  • Adhere to all Rio Tinto HSEC standards, policies and procedures
  • Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance, encouraging prioritisation of safety in all activities and operations
  • Coach and mentor the Advisor Heritage Liaison team, including cascaded coaching in-field
