I am a caring, hardworking, and driven individual who is a natural ‘people person' that can communicate effectively with colleagues, the multidisciplinary team, patients, and family/visitors. A Registered General Nurse with compassion, organisation, effective time management, team player and passionate about quality patient care. I am expressing my interest as a General Nurse to further gain experience, enhance my clinical skills and knowledge.

I am a dynamic Registered Nurse with extensive experience specialising in surgical nursing. Proven leadership in managing patient flow and delegating tasks effectively. I demonstrate strong critical thinking and teamwork in high-pressure environments.

• Supervised team of 9 staff members when Nurse in Charge within hours working with the Nurse Unit Manager and after hours liaising with the ADON/Bed Managers.
• As Acting Clinical Nurse Educator (A/CNE) I collaborated with my nursing team on the ward, supervising and support new graduates and other colleagues with any queries.
• I provided educational in-service's on the ward specialties and simulations to learn from previous Code Blues on the ward.
• I updated the wards mandatory training and provided monthly audits when required as A/CNE.
• I have always been eager to implement improvement strategies for the ward and patient care.
