Chloe Pascoe

Working with Infuse Cafe has been an invaluable experience, as I have been able to develop my customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail. My role with Infuse Cafe includes the following:

• Preparing quality meals, coffee, and display items, such as wraps, bagels, and sandwiches.
• Engaging with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience and loyalty.
• Accurately taking orders and payments.
• Serving customers and keeping the Cafe and Kitchen clean and presentable.

As my first work experience, McDonald's taught me to strive for constant improvement and seek opportunities to exceed. This attitude was rewarded with the Crew Member of the Month and Rookie of the Year awards within the same twelve months. I also enjoyed the challenge of a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to interact with others. I look forward to applying these skills in my future studies.
