Throughout the entirety of my teaching career, I have:

• Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach learning objectives.
• Developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Assisted in creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promoted emotional well-being and academic growth for all students.
• Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences.
• Differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring each student had an equal opportunity for success.

• Collaborated with year 6 colleagues to develop routines, activities and strategies to assist students with their transition to high schooling.
• Worked with staff from Metropolitan Behaviour Support Service to observe, plan and implement support strategies for students with diverse needs
• Completed rich professional development focused on writing, mathematics and OneNote skills
• Hosted a professional development session on OneNote for colleagues
